DINHTHIEN TMS Co., Ltd.’s preprinted and blank polyimide (Kapton) labels are WEEE and RoHS compliant. These durable labels can withstand sustained temperatures up to 150°C and flash temperatures up to 300°C. They can also withstand harsh thermal and chemical exposures and still provide reliable read rates.
Since electronics manufacturers use both lead and lead-free processes, a colored polyimide label option is the perfect solution for identifying and differentiating between the two processes. Whether you run standard or lead-free solder processes, our printed circuit board labels won’t fade, brown or yellow, and they read consistently even after two-pass high-temperature oven exposure.
Our unique label construction is designed to resist surface-mount board processes on the top, side or bottom of the board. Labels are backed with high temperature-resistant adhesives that perform well under harsh conditions.

The HIGHdegree line is rated up to 600 °C and labels can be applied directly to or tags hung from coils, rolls, bars, sheets, rebar, tubes, wire bundles, etc. as they leave their furnaces. But what really makes them rate is the superior durability and quality we bake into every label and tag. Their extreme performance through extreme heat enables you to avoid the high expense of product recalls due to mislabeled or incorrectly labeled materials and unreadable barcodes – and the labor costs associated with manual labelling and tagging.
Polyonics HIGHdegree thermal transfer printed polyimide and aluminum bar code label materials include unique, non-yellowing polymer or silicone print surfaces along with aggressive, high temp acrylic or ultra-high temperature silicone pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA).
Polyonics HIGHdegree tag materials are excellent alternatives to riveted plates, chalk or crayons for tracking hot metals in foundries. The hang tags also provide high tear resistances so there is no unintended removal during storage or delivery to further ensure inventory accountability.
