The HIGHdegree series is rated up to 600 °C, and labels can be applied directly to or hang tags on coils, rolls, bars, sheets, steel rods, pipes, wire bundles, etc., as they exit the furnace. Polyonics HIGHdegree thermal transfer barcode label materials with aluminum and polyimide include unique, non-yellowing polymer or silicone print surfaces along with high-temperature sensitive silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive or high-temperature acrylic (PSA).

Polyonics HIGHdegree tag materials are excellent alternative choices for chalk, crayon, or paint sticks to track hot metals in a foundry.
